Even though it's known as a beginner app, it can still be used to make great music.

Reason Studios has announced Reason+, a subscription service that provides access to the Reason DAW, Reason Rack and new Sound Packs every week.

When I press my N-key an audio item is set to -23 LUFS (dynamic European radio standard). In Live you can only Group tracks not clips/items which is like 😭 Gotta love LUFS Or to Lock them so they won’t move when dragging.

Reason+ will give you the full version of the Reason DAW, with all of its. With Ripple Edit you are moving items without breaking them. In Live you can only insert a space but it will create a cut for all the items in the selection which you need to fix after doing the insert. With it I can simply grap an item and drag the whole project to the right to make space for new items to be inserted. Live lacks this, there’s no list of information on which audio files you are using in your project. The media items I am using in my Project are shown in the Project Media/FX Bay window. The X-Factor of Reason 10 is it has some built-in features intuitive that make it faster compared to other DAWs. Step 4) Go to File>New or press Ctrl+N to create a new project. In Live you have to manually skip through the file to search for the segment. I then need to find the segments and drop those in the DAW. Those loops provide excellent inspiration for the modern producer. You could scroll through a large library of prepared loops from which to choose from. So these clients send me a Google Doc with time notations and selected text from the transcript. Now this was kinda a game changer really.
